An MMC-Based Temperature Control System for a Long-Term Data Collection

Abstract We developed a two-stage temperature control system for long-term stable measurement of AMoRE neutrinoless double beta decay experiment using dilution refrigerator. The first-stage was made with standard PID an AC bridge ruthenium oxide thermometer as the main mixing chamber plate. second-stage obtained magnetic microcalorimeter (MMC) that is configured sensitive detector tower, experiment. Under single-stage on plate only RuO 2 thermometer, MMC recorded stability 9 μK rms over 100 min. control, at 11 mK via and 12 MMC, 0.5 Moreover, heat channels considerable improvement in energy resolutions when switching from (RuO ) to + MMC) control.
